These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game "Starships and Puzzles" ("Game") provided by MegaCyclops ("Developer", "us", "we", "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Game.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game may include the option to make in-app purchases ("In-App Purchases"). If you choose to make a purchase, you will be prompted to provide payment information to the relevant app store (e.g., Google Play Store). All In-App Purchase transactions are managed by the app store platform and are subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
